A2: Definitely, we are extremely good at customizing various load cells. If you have any needs, please tell us. However, the customized products would postpone shipping time.

Q3: How about the quality?
A3: Our warranty period is 12 months.We have a complete process safety guarantee system, and multi-process inspection and testing. If the product has quality problem within 12 months, please return it to us, we will repair it; if we can't repair it successfully, we will give you a new one; but the man-made damage, improper operation and force major will be excepted. And you will pay the shipping cost of returning to us, we will pay the shipping cost to you.

Q4: How’s the package?
A4: Normally are cartons, but also we can pack it according to your requirements.
