The forklift electronic weighing system weighs the goods and displays the results while the forklift is carrying the goods, thus speeding up your pallet weighing processes to improve productivity and revenue recovery. This is a special weighing product with solid structure and good environmental adaptability. lts main structure includes: Two box-type weighing modules on the left and right, used to mount the fork, weighing sensor, junction box, weighing display instrument and other parts. The rugged design and patented split suspension weighing module structure ensures accurate weighing results in the toughest, roughest industrial environments and conditions, without the expense or hassle of frequent recalibration.
A very prominent feature of this weighing system is that it does not require special modification of the original forklift structure or the structure and suspension form of the fork and lifting device, but only needs to add an overall suspension weighing and measuring module between the fork and the elevator. The measuring module to be added is buckled on the lifting device of the forklift with the hook, and the fork is hung on the measuring module to realize the weighing function. A high-visability window and a compact terminal makes it easy for the forklift operator to see the loads position forks for lifting and avoid accidents.
